About Me:
I am a daughter, sister, wife and mother. Growing up, I participated in gymnastics, choir, poms, and musicals. I enjoy educating myself on new topics and areas of interest. I also enjoy traveling with my family and placing emphasis on experiences. I have a personal interest in health, specifically how food impacts our mental and physical health.
I have always enjoyed psychology and was fascinated with learning how people interacted with themselves and others. I pursued therapy in order to help people to better understand how their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors work.
